Any great cheap travel destinations for a couple?

We want to go somewhere in the United States in October. Nice weather. Low key but relaxing and fun. We are in our twenties and just want some resorts to stay at from October 16th to October 21st. Any ideas or recommendations are appreciated!

   To reduce your travel costs, consider staying in a Vacation Rental. They can be cheaper than hotels, and you can save money by makig your own meals.
