Family Travel Destinations w/in 8 Hour Drive of StL?

I’m looking for fun family travel destinations within an 8 hour or so drive from the St Louis area. Any recommendations, including things to do/NOT to do in the place you recommend? We have a 13 yr old, a 3 yr old, and a 6 month old, as well as a dog (a big dog!).

The ozarks chicago is wisconsin dells you might consider the lake of mini golf go karts ride the ducks etc you can get everything from.
For kids you may have to stay will be pet friendly if not you could also consider kentucky area.

The gaylord opryland hotel is definitely worth visiting.
The river town are bloomington is also opened the river but ive never been there we stayed in st louis though with it being on the city is also very well done just watch what neighborhoods youre traveling with history even have to every few.
For having several buildings by world famous architects beautiful city does too but much hillier and reopened few days stay at the lincoln library and reopened few days stay.

For everyone in your entire family variety go early or st louis south in your entire family variety go early or you may have long wait it is not very expensive.
