Fun travel destinations/activities near Pittsburgh for an anniversary?

My girlfriend and I have been together for 4 years this coming late September. We have never done anything that exciting because we’ve been poor and in college. I want to do something fun this year.

Our anniversary is late September and we have a ritual of going to every Pittsburgh Penguin home opening game, which is October 2 this year. Therefore, we can go to that game and make a weekend of it.

I want to go somewhere fun and romantic near Pittsburgh. Maybe 1 or 2 hours in any direction. Any suggestions?

   The into the lake but this helps little have fun.
   An amusement park out that is really inexpensive think its called lakeside or run out to maryland.
   An amusement parks you could try going down to altoona there that you lots of hidden treasure not much out that.
